STUDIO POST

Privacy & cookies

Studio Post handles your data with care. Below you can read what we collect, why, and which rights you have.

Who we are

Studio Post is run by Michelle Beeckman, Posteernestraat 15, 9000 Ghent, Belgium. For privacy questions, contact michelle.beeckman@hotmail.com.

What we collect

Through the enquiry and contact forms: your name, email address, phone number (optional) and your message. Through bookings: your name, email address and the chosen workshop or date, processed in our own booking system. If you contact us directly by email or WhatsApp, we process the details you share.

Why we use it

To answer your enquiry, manage your booking and invoice you. The legal basis is the performance of the agreement, or our legitimate interest in responding to your question. We never send unsolicited newsletters and never sell your data.

Cookieless statistics

We measure site traffic with Umami, a privacy-friendly analytics tool we host ourselves. It sets no cookies and collects no personal data: visits are anonymous and cannot be traced back to you.

Advertising cookies — only with your consent

When we run advertising campaigns, we first ask your consent through the cookie banner before loading measurement scripts from Google (Google Ads) or Meta (Facebook/Instagram). These scripts may set cookies to measure whether an ad led to a booking. If you decline, nothing from these parties is loaded. You can change your choice at any time via “Cookie preferences” at the bottom of the site.

How long we keep data

Enquiries and correspondence are kept for at most two years after the last contact. Invoicing data is kept for seven years, as legally required.

Who we share data with

Only with service providers needed to run the site and bookings (hosting, email, booking system). They process your data solely on our behalf.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, delete, restrict, object to and port your data. Email michelle.beeckman@hotmail.com to exercise these rights. If you are not satisfied, you can lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (dataprotectionauthority.be).
