Scope

These terms apply to all workshops, studio rental and workspace rental by Studio Post (Michelle Beeckman), Posteernestraat 15, 9000 Ghent, Belgium.

Bookings and payment

A booking is final once confirmed by Studio Post. Payment is by invoice within 14 days, unless agreed otherwise. Listed prices include VAT unless stated otherwise.

Cancelling a workshop

You can cancel free of charge up to 7 days before the workshop date; after that, the full amount remains due. You can always pass your spot to someone else — just let us know. If there are too few participants or in case of force majeure, Studio Post may reschedule or cancel the workshop; you will be offered a new date or a full refund.

Studio rental

The studio is rented by the half or full day and must be left tidy and in its original state. Damage or exceptional cleaning will be charged. Cancellation is free up to 14 days before the reserved date; after that, a fee may apply.

Liability

Participation in workshops is at your own risk. Studio Post’s liability is in all cases limited to the amount of the booking, except in case of intent or gross negligence.

Photos

During workshops we sometimes take atmosphere photos for the website or social media. If you prefer not to appear recognisably, just tell us — we will take it into account.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Belgian law. Disputes will be submitted to the courts of the district of Ghent. Last update: 21 August 2026.
